The beginning of the mouth is meal prep time for me. I don’t mind spending a couple of days each month cooking a lot so when I don’t feel like making anything I have frozen or canned foods to easily feed everyone. The last image shows how I layer the sandwich to avoid soggy bread. Enjoy!

I know you were thinking “Tamara what on earth could you need 40 English muffins for”… this. A months worth of mini pizzas that I can heat up real fast for lunch. One day of busting my butt and I have at least 5 lunches done for the next month 🙌🏼 and making them cost WAY LESS than buying 7 packs 😖

Our BOWS GIVE BACK program takes $1 from each bow sold during our weekly live release and gives it back to the members in our community when they need it most.
