Congratulations to Bay Shore Brightwaters Rescue Ambulance on their newest delivery of a Custom Chief XL 4x4 F550 . With some cool additions 3 Valor bench seats, rear door air curtain ( to keep the ac in and the bugs out) rear liquid suspension. This truck is beautiful!!!
