1oz Lemoncello5oz Strawberry Infused
Top with sparkling water (I used lemon)

Valentine Cocktail courtesy of tonight! 🍫🍓
Chocolate Strawberry Negroni!

1oz Gin (I used Grand Cabaret, YUM)
1oz Strawberry Infused Campari75oz Sweet Vermouth25oz White Creme de Cacao
Garnish: expressed orange peel and sliced strawberry

Stir, strain and serve in a rocks glass over a large ice cube! Cheers!

The drink of the season over here was my Holiday Spice Amaretto Sour! It found its way to numerous parties and was enjoyed by many! Happy New Year, all!🎉


1oz Amaretto
1oz Rye (high proof recommended)
1oz “Holiday” (cinnamon/vanilla) Syrup*75oz Lemon Juice5oz
1 Dash bitters

Shake, strain over ice and garnish with a high quality cocktail cherry! Cheers!


*To make the syrup combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup cane sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tsp vanilla paste and 1 broken cinnamon stick in a sauce pan. Stir and simmer until sugar dissolves and let cool in pan for cinnamon to continue to infuse. Strain and bottle to use in your cocktail up to 2 weeks.

Daddy’s Daiq
1oz blended White Rum
1/2oz overproof Rhum Agricole Blanc
3/4oz fresh lime juice
1/3oz gum syrup (or rich simple syrup)
1/4oz green chartreuse
1/4oz falernum
Garnish: fresh or dehydrated lime wheel

Shake everything with ice until chilled and strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.

Beat the heat with my super refreshing Peach🍑Bourbon Smash!


1/4 fresh peach
4-6 Mint Leaves
2oz Bourbon
1oz Lemon Juice75oz Ginger Liqueur ()25-.5oz Simple Syrup

Give the peach a quick muddle in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add your remaining ingredients and shake with ice until chilled. Fine strain into a rocks or highball glass over fresh ice and garnish with a sprig of mint. Cheers!

Make this one for the dads in your life today! Nothing says Happy Father’s Day like a Strawberry Basil Bourbon Smash! 🍓🥃🌿


3 Strawberries
5-6 Basil Leaves75oz Simple Syrup
1oz Lemon Juice
2oz Bourbon

Muddle strawberries in the bottom of your shaker add the rest of your ingredients and shake with ice. Fine strain over fresh ice and garnish with a strawberry slice and basil sprig. Cheers!

This afternoon’s patio sipper. . .a light tropical, Piñamor! Traditionally made with a Mexican rum called Charanda Uruapan I didn’t have any 🤷‍♀️ so I opted for the nice light and grassy Rhum Clement Agricole Blanc. I thought the flavor worked splendidly with the cucumber and pineapple. 😊 Cheers!


1.5oz Charanda Uruapan (or Rhum Agricole of choice)
1.5oz Pineapple Juice
1/2oz Lime Juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
2 slices cucumber 🥒
Soda Water, to top

Muddle your lime juice and cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the simple, pineapple juice and rhum and shake with ice to chill. Strain into a highball glass over fresh pebble ice and top with soda. Garnish with pineapple chunk and/or cucumber slice, if desired.
