Southern Dallas County in north central Texas...

* Until 300 PM CDT.

* At 219 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Waxahachie, moving north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Dallas, Grand Prairie, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Lancaster, Waxahachie, Balch Springs, Midlothian, Glenn Heights, Red Oak, Hutchins, Wilmer, Ovilla, Venus, Ferris, Oak Leaf, Maypearl, Cedar Hill State Park and Pecan Hill.
