Guess who got the SPIRIT AWARD today at the UB Spirit Cheer Competition?!?

My jaw hit the floor when they called Nell's name and she was beyond excited 😊

Being part of the NWAA Cheerleading family has been such a blessing for us these past two years. Nellie has learned so much and continues to blossom and learn new skills while being supported by the best coaches!! 🎉❤️🖤🤍

Fast trip back to NJ/PA for Sam's appointment at St Christopher's Hospital. Last night we had to make a stop at for the light show!!

I've been slowly letting go of events and things that have been sucking my energy dry and allowing myself to breathe. As a people pleaser saying "no" is one of the hardest things for me to do, but I'm learning it's one of the best things for our family life together ❤️

Sometimes I feel like my turtle, trying to keep my head above water but close to drowning. The past 4 weeks have not been pretty for me. My anxiety is as high as it was last year before I went on anti-anxiety needs.

I've finally stopped trying to do all the things, because right now I literally cannot. Our homeschool days have been pretty simple, housework is kind of getting done and that's as good as I can do.

And it's ok. I asked my GP to up my meds because right now I need it. I've gone back to running every day. I'm letting the little stuff go.

Real life y'all.

I was a cheerleader and loved it, but neither Sophie or Bella wanted to cheer. I love that Nell loves it as much as I did!!! And I LOVE that her coaches are about to coach her even with her apraxia.

Waiting not so patiently for the to start!! Isaiah is obsessed with Monster Trucks and watches all the videos he can find, so I surprised him with tickets to see them in person!

He's beyond excited and I'm so thankful that we are able to share life with this amazing little man.

Penelope has made so many gains these past six months! Her speech has improved, her training is getting better and she's working so hard on social skills. But sometimes we run into life who want to know what's "wrong" with her.

I've always hated trying to explain her diagnosis, but yesterday SHE answered and told the little girl who asked that God made her different, and He doesn't make mistakes 😘

I couldn't have said it better myself. Love this sweet adorable sensitive beautiful little miss ❤️
