Way Back Wednesday to one of our favorite little camping memories 🎣

Maddie picked out a bamboo fishing pole kit at the KOA camp store and was determined to catch something in the stocked pond. The weather rolled in quick, but we still made some sweet memories.

And that first cast? 😂 Pretty sure she was aiming for the other side of the pond.

We’ve had the bigger propane fire pits before and honestly just got tired of dealing with the bulk and the mess from the loose lava rocks.

This little portable campfire from Camco has been so much easier for us. Small, quick to set up, easy to store, and we love that everything packs away neatly inside.

🔥 We still love a real campfire, but sometimes it’s nice to have something simple for those quick evenings outside

It’s not always perfect while living this life. Hell, it’s usually not 😂 today while parking at Spring Gulch Thousand Trails in New Holland, PA, I got in to such a drastic angle that I damaged a piece of our Brinkleys trim and my bed cover. Good times were had by all! Time for a beer 🍺

Love this folding bucket! It’s so light weight and takes up hardly any room in the camper!! I’ve been using it for about 4 years now and plan to get 4 more out of it!
