IT’S NOT LOCAL UNLESS ITS YONKERS VOICE!!!

Date: 09/11/25
Time: 7:15pm
Where: Corner of Hamilton & Post
What: Man Jumps on the Roof trying to escape Police

YPD / NYPD / YFD and Empress EMS at the above location trying to get a man off the roof after a NYPD chase.

We are told but cannot confirm that this chase started in the Bronx after a possible assault. Some how the man got access to a building on Hamilton and then jumped to the roof of another building injuring himself.

He was safely removed from the roof and now being transported to a local Hospital for observation / treatment.

Please note that the above description is not an official statement…. It’s based on info I got from people in the area and there is room for error.
