Customer Service Representative – Now Hiring

What You’ll Do:
- Provide prompt, friendly support to customers via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Assist with scheduling, service inquiries, order updates, and account questions
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs
- Monitor requests, troubleshoot issues, and follow through to ensure resolution
- Support office operations as needed, contributing to a positive, efficient work environment
