Great news!!!

Congratulations to our partners who participated in our internal stock DVLT program this week! Profits have already reached 50%+!

Many partners have wondered why our internal stock picks are all low-priced stocks instead of high-priced ones. I believe many experienced investors know the stock market trading rule: buy low, sell high. This rule is also very suitable for most retail investors. After all, this buy-low-sell-high rule has low costs and high returns. Just patiently hold according to our institutional trading logic and wait for the surprises to come.

Recently, partners have seen the stock market crash for six consecutive trading days. In our view, this is a money-making opportunity. Starting next week, the market will gradually show signs of recovery, which is also a good time for our institution to guide partners to buy low-priced stocks.

Next, we will guide partners to enter a low-priced stock and gradually sell once a profit of 40%+ is achieved. If you are interested in participating, please send me a private message to participate in our internal stock picks.

📉 The worst year for stock pickers in decades

Only 22% of active funds have beaten the market this year, the weakest performance in at least 26 years.

🟡 That means nearly 4 out of 5 professional managers underperformed simple index funds.

As Jack Bogle said:
Don’t look for the needle in the haystack. Just buy the haystack.

In 2025, passive investing once again proved the point — alpha is expensive, and beta keeps winning.

⚡️ Volatility bets hit 4-year high

Dealers’ net long positions in the VIX have surged to 87,000 contracts, the highest since 2021. Investors are piling into volatility products while dealers hedge with futures.

🟡 $VXX assets +312% YoY, now near $1B
🟡 $UVIX inflows +215% in the same period
🟡 Rush into VIX funds signals rising fear of turbulence

🇺🇸 US government shutdown - what it means

For the first time since 2018, the US is heading into a government shutdown. If no deal is reached today, around 750,000 workers will be furloughed daily, costing ~$400M in compensation.

🟡 Last shutdown in 2018 lasted 35 days, the longest on record. The average is just 8 days.
🟡 During shutdowns, “essential” services continue, but most federal functions pause.
🟡 Markets usually shake it off - 86% of shutdowns saw the S&P 500 higher a year later with +12.7% avg gains.
🟡 Near-term is more volatile: S&P finishes higher in only ~55% of cases by the end of the shutdown.
🟡 Gold is already up +10% this month and +45% YTD, hitting its 39th ATH in 2025 as investors hedge.
🟡 $VIX shorts are at their highest since 2022 — a spike would trigger sharp covering.
🟡 The US Dollar is down 10% YTD, its worst run since 1973, adding pressure on inflation.

In most areas of life, you can’t afford to be wrong too often.
You can’t be a doctor who keeps misdiagnosing patients.
Or an engineer, and have your bridges collapse half the time.

But trading is different.
You will be wrong a lot.
That’s part of the game.

And if you don’t come to peace with that, you’ll keep fighting the market… or yourself.
This requires traders to reframe their definition of what it means to be wrong.

Being wrong doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It only means you haven’t mastered what really matters yet - risk, mindset, and recovery
