Have you ever roasted garlic? My house smells amazing!

Remove outer skin.
Cut off tops to expose cloves.
Drizzle with oil.
Wrap in foil.
Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until golden and soft.
Let cool and squeeze out garlic cloves.
Mix with softened butter for garlic bread or use on anything!
