Who needs a campfire when you’ve got the Blackstone? 🔥🍓 We made some easy Strawberry Pudgy Pies right on the griddle—two slices of white bread, crusts cut off, filled with strawberry pie filling, edges crimped with a fork, and toasted up golden in butter. They come out perfectly crisp on the outside and warm, gooey on the inside. Simple, fun, and absolutely delicious! 🙌

🍓 Blackstone Strawberry Pudgy Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

2 slices white bread (crusts removed)

2–3 spoonfuls strawberry pie filling

Butter (for griddle)

Instructions:

1. Cut the crusts off both slices of white bread.

2. Place one slice on a flat surface and spoon strawberry pie filling into the center.

3. Lay the second slice on top.

4. Use a fork to crimp all the edges together, sealing the pie.

5. Preheat your Blackstone griddle on medium heat and melt a thin layer of butter.

6. Place the pudgy pie on the buttered griddle and cook until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side. Add more butter as needed when flipping.

7. Once both sides are crisp and golden, remove from the griddle and let cool slightly before enjoying that gooey strawberry filling! 🍓✨

🔥🥚🧀 Sausage, Egg & Cheese Egg Rolls on the Blackstone 🌯🔥

Breakfast just got an upgrade! These crispy golden egg rolls are stuffed with scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and gooey melted cheese—then fried right on the Blackstone for that perfect crunch. Great for breakfast, brunch, or even tailgate mornings!

🥓 Ingredients:

1 lb breakfast sausage (patties or ground)

6 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite blend)

1 pack egg roll wrappers

Cooking oil (for frying)

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: Hot sauce or salsa for dipping

🔥 Blackstone Cooking Instructions:

1. Cook the Sausage – Preheat your Blackstone to medium heat. Cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Chop into small crumbles.

2. Scramble the Eggs – Push sausage aside and scramble the eggs right on the griddle. Season with salt & pepper.

3. Mix It Up – Combine the sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese in a bowl (or right on the griddle).

4. Fill the Wrappers – Place a spoonful of filling into each egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly, sealing edges with a bit of water.

5. Fry on the Blackstone – Add a thin layer of oil to the griddle. Fry the egg rolls, turning often, until golden brown and crispy (about 3–5 minutes).

6. Serve & Enjoy – Let cool slightly, then dip in hot sauce, ranch, or your favorite breakfast sauce!

🔥 Shrimp Tostadas on the Blackstone! 🔥

Crispy tostadas layered with a creamy guacamole base, then stacked with tequila lime–seasoned shrimp sizzling right off the griddle. Drizzled with a bold tequila lime Sriracha sour crema, then finished with red onions, juicy tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and crumbled cotija cheese. 🌮🦐

Fresh, zesty, and packed with that Blackstone crunch in every bite! 💥

📝 Recipe: Blackstone Shrimp Tostadas

Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 Tbsp tequila lime seasoning (divided)

1 Tbsp olive oil

6 tostada shells

1 cup guacamole (homemade or store-bought)

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1 tomato, diced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

Tequila Lime Sriracha Crema:

1/2 cup sour cream

1–2 Tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tsp tequila lime seasoning

Squeeze of lime juice

Directions:

1. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.

2. Toss shrimp in 1 Tbsp tequila lime seasoning, then cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.

3. Mix sour cream, Sriracha, lime juice, and 1 tsp tequila lime seasoning in a bowl for the crema.

4. Spread guacamole on each tostada shell.

5. Layer with shrimp, drizzle with tequila lime crema, then top with red onion, tomato, cilantro, and cotija cheese.

6. Serve hot and enjoy the perfect crunch + flavor combo! 🔥

🔥 Blackstone Mixed Berry Crepes with Creamy Lemon Filling

Delicate crepes cooked right on the flat-top, filled with a smooth lemon-kissed cream cheese mixture, then topped with a fresh berry compote that simmers on the griddle beside them. A perfect breakfast to start the day.

🥞 Crepes on the Blackstone

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 ¼ cups milk

2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for griddle)

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Whisk all ingredients until smooth; let batter rest 20–30 minutes.

2. Preheat your Blackstone to medium-low heat. Lightly oil or butter a flat area.

3. Pour ~¼ cup batter onto the griddle, using the Blackstone crepe tool, swirling around to a perfectly thin crepe.

4. Cook 1–2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden. Flip carefully with a thin spatula; cook another 30–60 seconds.

5. Stack crepes on a warm plate, covering loosely with foil.

🍋 Cream Cheese Lemon Filling (Blackstone Method)

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

¼ cup granulated sugar

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Using a missing bowl.

2. Add cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.

3. Stir with a spatula until smooth.

🍓 Mixed Berry Compote on the Blackstone

Ingredients:

1 cup blackberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp water

Instructions:

1. Add berries, sugar, lemon juice, and water to the griddle top.

2. On medium heat section of Blackstone. Stir occasionally until berries burst and sauce thickens, about 5–7 minutes. Use spatula to smash berries together.

3. Slide to cooler zone to keep warm.

Assembly

1. Spread lemon-cream cheese filling inside each crepe.

2. Roll or fold crepes and arrange on a platter.

3. Spoon warm berry compote over the top.

4. Garnish with powdered sugar or extra lemon zest.

5. Enjoy!
