📝 Recipe: Blackstone Shrimp Tostadas
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 Tbsp tequila lime seasoning (divided)
1 Tbsp olive oil
6 tostada shells
1 cup guacamole (homemade or store-bought)
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
Tequila Lime Sriracha Crema:
1/2 cup sour cream
1–2 Tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tsp tequila lime seasoning
Squeeze of lime juice
Directions:
1. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
2. Toss shrimp in 1 Tbsp tequila lime seasoning, then cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
3. Mix sour cream, Sriracha, lime juice, and 1 tsp tequila lime seasoning in a bowl for the crema.
4. Spread guacamole on each tostada shell.
5. Layer with shrimp, drizzle with tequila lime crema, then top with red onion, tomato, cilantro, and cotija cheese.
