Happy National Bagel Day 🥯✨

Made a high-protein, gluten-free bagel at home using protein oats, yogurt, and vanilla protein powder! 🤍

High-Protein GF Bagel (Air Fryer)
Makes 1 large bagel or 2 minis

Ingredients
• 1 (5.3 oz) Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla yogurt
• ¾ cup protein oatmeal, blended into flour
• 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (I used )
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar (optional if using unflavored protein powder)

Instructions
1. Blend oatmeal into a fine flour.
2. Mix all ingredients until a soft dough forms.
3. Rest dough 3–5 minutes.
4. Shape into a bagel. (You can add a small roll of parchment paper in the middle of the dough to help keep the shape)
5. Brush with water or egg wash + add seasoning if desired (I used bagel seasoning!)
6. Air fry at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.
7. Cool, slice, toast, enjoy 🤍

Macros (entire bagel):
560 calories
43g protein
85g carbs
11g fiber
10g fat

Perfect for an egg & cheese bagel sandwich (or just cream cheese!) and staying full all morning!
