We had the opportunity to film at a new playhouse this weekend. When they originally reached out, they were hoping for a donation of my time because they couldn't afford the "going rate" of $1600!!
$1600?!?
For a 2-hour play? Who is charging that??
So I just wanted to put it out there on social media that I charge $150 an hour of video for stage productions. (concerts, plays, dance recitals). Weddings are a lot more work (Ceremonies are the easy part!), so we charge more for them, but even still, nowhere near $1600 for 2 hours!
So, spread the word to anyone you know who needs a video of a play, dance recital, or concert. I'd love the opportunity to grow this part of my business.
