Virtual Boss is...

My small virtual assistance business that I started 4 years ago. After completing my BA in Mass Communications at Florida Atlantic University, I worked in radio in Arizona and Wyoming, traveled to London for work and eventually landed a position at a major marketing firm in Lafayette, Louisiana. When I got married and started a family, I wanted to find a way to work from home and also wanted to utilize my communications skills. I ended up handling local business marketing, and one of those clients was a local Mary Kay Director. NOW, I have funneled my business (not by choice, but I love the way this ended up) out of locals to a national level. At this point I manage team, unit and area communications for over 40 Mary Kay Directors all over the United States. These women are my life now and I LOVE what I do. I work with my team to manage unit & area communications...graphics, newsletters, social media management, weekly blasts,etc. Oh and by the way, I owe a TON of my knowledge and communication skills to two people: Frankie Russo and Caye Howe. BIG thanks and appreciation to these two for all of the skills that I have now.
