Damn busy week for custom buckles and some in large volumes. Proud to build this over sized rodeo style buckle for a repeat customer and get it all dialed in. Time to build a new jig for perfect press bends as well. Now back to the leatherwork and all the seat orders. 🇺🇸

The workshop is always crankin’ out the metalwork and the start of this fall has been jam packed with big orders of all sorts coming through. Big thank you to our customers far and wide for all the custom buckle orders. Doing our best to keep up! 🇺🇸

Gonna start showing a lot more of the build process on all the items made in the workshop. Here is a bobber style seat coming together with 1/2 inch foam as the base and then a stitched pattern top inset. This one shipped out to Ohio. 🇺🇸

Couldn’t have had a better time this year at the annual . Always proud to have our booth there on site to hang with customers, talk on future leather builds and absorb the great vibes that always ensue with such a great event. Big thanks to Chris and Heather of for all their hard work and effort to make such a good time run so smooth. Big ol’ group hug to our dudes at for being our favorite neighbors for the last few years and most of all, big ol’ high five and bro hug to my dudes that help work the booth and hang out all weekend to make sure a good time is had by all. Without you fools, it just wouldn’t be such a damn good time!!!

Haven’t been postin’ too much as of late, as its been so busy with production and orders. But after lookin’ around at all the varying projects ongoing, though it might be cool to see a bunch of random projects coming together in the workshop. Thank you to all of our friends and customers far and wide for the orders, ideas on projects and just for believing in what we build. It is always a treat to see a new town we ship to and then run across it on a motorcycle run or for a well known person that flies under the radar. Life is good, go out and make things happen and support those you love. 🇺🇸

Not sure that words can do any justice to how great the Party At The Pen motorcycle show was. It was the first year at he Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio and damn was some talent and soul alive and present. What an eerie spot to learn the history of and even better to have an interesting experience in one of the cells. Go out and make life happen. Work on your bike and ride it until your ass cheeks are screaming, then wake up and do it again. Always grateful to have solid folks on the road and big thanks to and for makin’ this weekend so damn good!!!!

Day 1…. From the long miles of North Carolina back roads up through Virginia into West Virginia to dead stop traffic and having a new level of Twin Cam Heat, To then be soaked to the bone in down pours we call chubby rain. It is rain so thick and heavy that you just have to laugh, man up and push through, hang with friends and do road side s**t talkin’ nothing beats travelin’ with your biker brethren and then a damn good hang with my OH IO compadre du jour brother Brad!

Rebuildin’ a Sporty seat for my buddy Mark up north in Pennsylvania. Took some time, but got it all dialed in. Wanted to create a new stitch pattern that could work on a wider array of seat patterns that expands out from center. A bit of math and protractor work and now can make it replicable with the new flat top stitchin’ machine. Hardest part of makin’ seats is creatin’ new patterns for thicker leather and not the junk ass thin stuff most upholstery places sell ya. Build it right and build it to last. Made In America! 🇺🇸
