Guy Edward Bartkus from Twentynine Palms is the suspect and is believed to have been killed in the explosion outside American Reproductive Center, says FBI head of the Los Angeles office Akil Davis. He said the FBI does not believe there is any ongoing threat to Twentynine Palms or Palm Springs.
