To say that I am proud of the man you have become would be an understatement. You continue to amaze me at the ways you excel in everything you do. You are kind and smart and loving and determined and just amazing in every way. As a husband, you work together with Alannah and support each other in every way. As a father, you are kind and patient and compassionate and show the love of the Father to your girls, as a son you are compassionate and caring and make us so proud. I love you so much. Common contingencies include the home inspection, financing, and appraisal—each giving the buyer a specific timeframe to complete that step. For example, if a home doesn’t pass inspection or appraise for the sale price, the buyer can walk away or request repairs or a price reduction. Once all contingencies are met or waived, the sale proceeds toward closing.
