We got David off the roof! 😂☀️

We were honored to be a part of this event at Bubba’s 33 and even more excited to say that OVER $5,000 was raised for Homes For Our Troops, helping build specially adapted homes for severely injured post-9/11 veterans. 🇺🇸❤️

Huge shoutout to Mayor Douglas Nicholls, Yuma Police Chief Thomas Garrity, Louii Santos, Pastor Tyrone Jones and everyone who came out, donated and helped support such a great cause.

Yuma showed up like Yuma always does when it matters.

And most importantly… we raised the money and got David off that roof before he completely melted up there. 😂

This Wednesday, July 29 at 10 a.m., David is climbing onto the roof of Bubba’s 33 and he’s not coming down until we raise $5,000 for Homes For Our Troops, helping build specially adapted homes for severely injured post-9/11 veterans.

Let’s get him off that roof before he’s medium rare. 🥩

What a fun morning at Milestones Preschool!

Josie, the owner of Milestones Preschool, was the winner of our FREE Reel Giveaway at the Yuma County Chamber of Commerce’s Good Morning Yuma event, and we had so much fun bringing her prize to life!

We got a behind the scenes tour of the preschool, spent time with the amazing staff and students and one sweet little one even handed us a book to read during story time. We may have briefly interrupted classroom and recess time. 🥳

Oh and we also got a sneak peek at what’s coming next for their playground, and we can’t wait to see it come together.

Thank you, Josie, for welcoming us into your school and trusting What’s Up Media and What’s Up Yuma to tell your story. We had an absolute blast and we know families are going to love seeing everything Milestones Preschool has to offer!
