🌟 Yuma County Supervisors Legislator Luncheon at AWC 🌟

Yesterday, Arizona Legislators gathered with Yuma County Supervisors and County staff at AWC for a productive and engaging luncheon! 🍽️ It’s a fantastic opportunity for our local leaders to come together, discuss important issues, and work towards building a brighter future for Yuma County.

🤝 Collaboration is key to moving our community forward, and we’re grateful for the continued dialogue between state and county officials.

📣September is Hunger Action Month in Yuma County:

Over 1 million people in Arizona face hunger, with 1 in 4 children unsure where their next meal will come from. In Yuma and La Paz County, 300,000+ people rely on the Yuma Community Food Bank each year. In 2025 alone, they distributed over 6 million meals to those in need.

This September, join the fight against food insecurity by volunteering, donating, or simply spreading awareness. Together, we can ensure no one has to choose between food and basic necessities. 💙

The Yuma County Board of Supervisors proudly proclaims September 2025 as Hunger Action Month! 🙌
