Enough is enough. With political season fast approaching and tensions rising in Zapata, the race for Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace demands the truth and not the run around to avoid the accusations! This contest pits incumbent Judge Olga Bruni against former Pct 2 Judge Juana Maria Gutierrez who lost her re-election in 2022 for obvious reasons. The facts matter. During her tenure Gutierrez was rarely available in her office and was almost never available to the public! Some say you could only find her late at night to sign warrants. Multiple people have described encounters with her while she was out partying in her hometown of San Ygnacio. While she may claim she had the right to do so because she was not drinking on the job, the reality is that her late night availability coincided with heavy drinking and at times open bashing of people during gatherings. She was the judge and no one dared challenge her because of her position. The behavior was not just unprofessional but mean and cruel. You have a long history of treating others including ex coworkers as if they meant nothing to you. Sounds like you are an entitled person with no morals or respect for others!!

Now Judge Olga Bruni has publicly called you out for missing office equipment from the period when you worked from home during the covid pandemic. These were expensive items purchased with taxpayer money and not your to keep after leaving office. The public deserves an explanation for what happened to that equipment. This concern is not isolated. There are lingering questions from her time at the Zapata County Sheriff’s Office under then Sheriff Raymundo Del Bosque Jr where she was reportedly investigated for taking items without permission. She herself mentioned to several people that she had been interviewed by the Texas Rangers regarding stolen equipment and furniture and there are rumors of video showing her leaving the north side of the building with others around midnight in December of 2024. Why wait until the cover of night and just days before no longer being employed to remove items paid for by taxpayers, why because you knew it was wrong to take them! Claims that she was always there for her constituents are completely false because she was rarely around to earn her paycheck, picking and choosing when to work until it caught up with her and she lost re-election, something that rarely happens unless you're doing something wrong. Former coworkers of yours from the sheriff's office, claim that she frequently did not show up to work and when she did it was for half a day at best, while others had to report daily or lose their pay. Must be nice to be able work from home for many years! The pattern of taking from the county appears to have continued until her last day of employment. With that said we will give you the benefit of the doubt to explain to your ex constituents regarding these allegations. We'd love to hear your response in the comments section of this post. Keep in mind ma'am that videos do not lie and pleading the Fifth will not satisfy the public. And please STOP playing the pity game regarding your recent surgery. The public demands answers and we anticipate a promp response from you soon!

Sincerely,
Concerned Citizens

In the wake of the tragic assassination of conservative figure Charlie Kirk, it's deeply troubling to witness individuals celebrating his death. Many employers are taking decisive action by terminating those who express such sentiments, adhering to their internal policies. Attached is an example of such behavior by San Juanita Sanchez, A PUBLIC EMPLOYEE of the Zapata County Tax Assessors Office, under the leadership of Tax Assessor Collector Delia Mendoza. Celebrating a person's death is fundamentally wrong and many residents of Zapata County are demanding Ms. Sanchez's termination. While her speech is protected under the First Amendment, her employer is not obligated to tolerate such radical behavior.

What do you’ll think should such behavior be tolerated by a PUBLIC EMPLOYEE or is it just freedom of expression??

Laredo, TX - After one year of being falsely arrested by officer S. Martinez I requested discovery. When I received the discovery docket I noticed that the most important section of the arrest was missing in the body cam footage, which was the violent unlawful arrest. When I brought up the issue of possible TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE with the DA’s office, they dismissed the case.
