Here are some strategies that work:

Take care of your mental health! 💚 3 out of 4 people experience warning signs, recognizing them is the first step to wellness! We share with you 5 common signs:

1️⃣Disconnection with your interests: you no longer enjoy your hobbies. Reconnect with your passions or explore new activities.

2️⃣Constant worry: It prevents you from relaxing and causes anxiety and insomnia. Meditate, do yoga or break problems into small steps.

3️⃣Irritability: You overreact to small annoyances. Practice deep breathing or mindfulness. Identify your triggers.

4️⃣Insomnia: You spend hours in bed without sleeping. Create a relaxing routine, avoid screens before bedtime and make sure you have a dark, quiet room.

5️⃣Difficulty expressing emotions: It affects your self-esteem. Talk to someone you trust or seek professional support. Journaling helps.
