Here are some strategies that work:
1️⃣If you have time:
Exercise: run, dance, swim.... Get moving!
Creative activities: Paint, write, play an instrument, spend time in nature.
2️⃣If you are short on time:
Deep breaths: Inhale, hold and exhale slowly.
Progressive muscle relaxation: Tense and relax different muscle groups.
Short guided meditation: Apps with 5-10 minute meditations.
