Quick update for my potential customers:
Last week I purchased a new business SIM card with the intention of setting up a dedicated WhatsApp line for bookings, client communications and inquiries. Before activating WhatsApp, I went ahead and updated my business details and even published ads on Facebook and Instagram using that number.
Unfortunately, I later discovered that the number is already being used on WhatsApp by someone else. This has made it impossible for me to properly set up communication with you all.
I attempted to resolve the issue in-store, but was initially told that all sales are final and that WhatsApp issues are not their responsibility. After further follow-up, I’ve now been asked to visit their main office to process a refund, which has caused delays and inconvenience on my end.
I sincerely apologize for any confusion or difficulty this may have caused. Providing smooth and reliable communication is very important to me, and I’m actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
A new contact number (with a different service provider) will be available by the end of this week. I will share the updated details as soon as everything is set up.
