If you’ve followed us for a while, you know I’m much more likely to post Joe being ridiculous, a beautiful sunset, our guests, boat projects, or whatever random adventure we’ve gotten ourselves into.

But every once in a while, I have to remind myself… I’m a yacht chef. 😂

Honestly, that still feels weird to say. My background is in marketing and commercial real estate—about as far from cooking in the Caribbean as you can get. And yet, after five seasons, I finally feel like I’m getting the hang of this thing. 🥂

I recently updated our online brochure with some food photos and thought I’d share a few with our Instagram family, too.

So here’s a little peek at the part of my job I somehow never imagined I’d have. 🍽️🌴

Hey it’s me! I interrupt our usual off-season content of 🏍️and ⛰️ to let you know our calendar for next season is starting to fill up. Do you want to charter with us? ⛵️

Current Availability:
December 1-18, 2026, April 15-30, 2027, May 11-22, 2027 and June 11-30, 2027.

We also have a few other "shorter" blocks in mid-November, late January, and March if you don't want to commit to a full 7-night charter.

We can't wait to welcome you onboard Knot 5280! ❤️💙💛
