Some Mexico food highlights:
1. These were my first chilaquiles ever and they started an obsession! It was also my fave meal not only bc they absolutely saved me after a wild night but bc I shared the meal with some people who became my besties by the end of the trip 🥹 (the saddest part about traveling is leaving the new friends you make in other countries).

2. I bought a giant bag of these Chips back to the VI lol... clearly another obsession.

3. Sometimes all you need is homemade breakfast and a good chat.

4. The best tacos I had on this trip was takeout from a restaurant in Valle but these were pretty good too 😝

5. The churros from was one of my obsessions from my last trip to CDMX so I had to get them at least once this time.

6. Cappuccinos are my current go-to coffee order. What’s yours? Idk what to try next... a flat white?

7. Idk I got a topo chico and thought it looked cute next to these salsas which were also *chefs kiss*

8. After each treatment at the spa, they gave me chocolate and honestlyyyyyy I need a whole bag of them

9. My favorite spot for fish tacos in St. Croix closed down. These baja tacos from Freims tasted almost exactly like the ones I would get all the time so I immediately added them to the list of obsessions.

10. Not sure how but this guac kept me going all day + nothing is better than a cold Coke on a hot day.

NEW Thin Mint Cheesecake just in time for St. Patrick’s Day!☘️
