[BREAKING NEWS] កងទ័ពភូមិន្ទថៃបានទទួលស្គាល់ថាខ្លួនបានប្រើប្រាស់គ្រាប់បែកចង្កោមក្នុងជម្លោះប្រដាប់អាវុធជាមួយកម្ពុជា។
កងទ័ពភូមិន្ទថា អះអាងថា អនុសញ្ញាស្តីពីគ្រាប់បែកចង្កោម (CCM) ដែលហាមប្រាមភាគីហត្ថលេខីទាំងអស់មិនឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ ផលិតឬស្តុកទុកអាវុធប្រភេទនេះ គ្មានចំណងផ្លូវច្បាប់ចំពោះប្រទេសថៃទេ ព្រោះថា ថៃពុំមែនជាប្រទេសហត្ថលេខីនៃអនុសញ្ញានេះទេ។
The Royal Thai Army has acknowledged that it uses cluster munitions in the armed conflict with Cambodia. The Royal Thai Army asserts that the Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM), which prohibits parties from using, producing or stockpiling this type of weapon, is not binding on Thailand---as Thailand is not a part of that convention.
