Creamy Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta 🥓🧀🍔
Ingredients 🛒
12 oz medium pasta shells
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ Cook Pasta: Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Brown Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook 2 minutes. Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
3️⃣ Make Sauce: Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and beef broth. Simmer for 3–4 minutes. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
4️⃣ Combine: Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir to coat evenly. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
5️⃣ Finish & Serve: Sprinkle bacon over the top. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for a bubbly golden finish. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
1 green onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Smoked paprika or chili powder (for garnish)
Extra chopped jalapeño or green onion for topping (optional)
Directions:
Boil the Eggs:
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10–12 minutes. Drain and cool the eggs in cold water or an ice bath.
Peel and Halve:
Peel the cooled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
Make the Filling:
Mash the yolks with cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the chopped pickled jalapeños, cheddar cheese, green onion, salt, and pepper. Adjust the heat level by adding more or fewer jalapeños to taste.

**Garlic Cheese Breadsticks**
These cheesy, garlicky breadsticks are the perfect side dish or snack! Quick and easy to make, they come out golden and crispy with a delicious cheesy flavor. Perfect for dipping or enjoying on their own!
**🛒 Ingredients:**
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
**🍽️ Instructions:**
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella, cheddar cheese, egg, and garlic powder until well combined.
3. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, shape the cheese mixture into a round shape.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
5. For a golden-brown top, broil for a short time (just a couple of minutes) but keep a close eye on it to avoid burning.

Crispy Chicken Cutlets
Ingredients
▢2 large chicken breasts
▢1 ¼ cups panko bread crumbs
▢¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
▢1 teaspoon garlic powder
▢1 egg
▢salt & pepper to taste
▢⅓ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
Freeze chicken breasts about 20 minutes or so.
Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally and pound to ¼" thickness.
Combine panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder in a small shallow dish.
Whisk egg in a separate bowl. Dip chicken in egg and then in the crumb mixture pressing to adhere.
Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Gently add chicken and cook 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and chicken reaches 165°F.

PINOY BEEF STEAK| BISTEK TAGALOG ❤️
Ingredients:
2 tbsps minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 and 1/2 cups onion rings
(Marinade the beef atleast an hour)
1kg beef sliced thinly
3 tbsps soy sauce
2 tsp cooking oil or Sesame oil
2 tsp Cornstarch
Ground pepper
1/2 tsp baking soda
Prepare the sauce:
In a bowl combine the following ingredients
2 cups water(adjust)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Kalamansi juice (25pcs kalamansi)
2 tbsps sugar
Ground pepper
Seasoning
NOTES:
-sliced the beef thinly,
-Add baking soda to the marinade to tenderize the beef.
-Or tenderize the beef by using meat mallet.
Procedures:
1. Marinade the sliced beef atleast an hour.
2. Prepare the sauce in a seperate bowl
3. Cut the onions (seperate the onion rings)
4.in a very hot pan /wok sear the beef until well browned on both sides ,cook by batches removed and set aside.
5. Same pan add oil if needed saute 2 tbsp minced garlic and 1/2 cup chopped onions until soft and aromatic then add the seared beef back to the pan.
Pour the prepared sauce cover and bring to boil.after 10 minutes reduce the heat to low to maintain a slow and steady simmer, cook until the sauce reduce and meat is tender. Adjust the taste.
Then add the onion rings cover and turn off the heat.let it sit covered for 2 minutes to allow the onions cooked slightly in the heat or steam.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 🍗
- 1 cup all-purpose flour 🌾
- 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
- 1 tsp onion powder 🧅
- 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
- 1/2 tsp black pepper 🧂
- 2 large eggs, beaten 🥚
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 🍞
- Oil for frying 🛢️
For the Dragon Glaze:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce 🍶
- 1/4 cup honey 🍯
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce 🌶️
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar 🍚
- 1 tsp sesame oil 🌰
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry) 🥄
- Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish 🌱
Directions:
Begin by preparing the Dragon Glaze. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer, then stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Dredge each piece of chicken first in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken bites in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Once all chicken bites are cooked, toss them in the prepared Dragon Glaze until well coated. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy the addictive crunch and sweet-spicy flavor of these crispy chicken bites!

1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp green peppercorns, crushed
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
Cook the Filet Mignon:
Preheat your grill or a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
Grill or sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Cook the Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
