2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
8 oz linguine pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook linguine according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
In a bowl, toss chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes if using. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

Italian Pot Roast (Stracotto)
Ingredients:
3-4 lb beef chuck roast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven or heavy pot over medium-high heat. Brown the beef roast on all sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Once browned, remove the roast from the pot and set it aside.
In the same pot, add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften, stirring occasionally. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
Return the beef roast to the pot and add the crushed tomatoes, red wine, and beef broth. Stir in the oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.

Directions:

2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup beef broth
For the stir-fry:
8 oz lo mein noodles (or spaghetti)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup carrots, julienned
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
Directions 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ Marinate the beef:
In a bowl, combine thinly sliced steak with soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside for 10 minutes to tenderize and absorb the flavors.

🥩 One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli

1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese ravioli
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Ravioli:
Boil ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and just cooked through.
Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
