Buổi 2 của Restaurant Odyssey – Mùa VII đã chính thức khép lại tại Leonardo Pizza, để lại một buổi tối trọn vẹn với không gian ấm áp, ẩm thực Ý tinh tế và những trải nghiệm đáng nhớ dành cho các bạn sinh viên HSU.
Buổi trải nghiệm đã mở ra cho sinh viên cơ hội cảm nhận trọn vẹn không gian fine dining mang phong cách Ý - nơi sự tinh tế thể hiện qua từng chi tiết từ bài trí, nhịp vận hành đến tác phong phục vụ chuyên nghiệp. Những quan sát trực tiếp tại nhà hàng giúp sinh viên hiểu rõ hơn cách một trải nghiệm ẩm thực cao cấp được xây dựng và duy trì trong thực tế.
Vượt ra ngoài khuôn khổ của một buổi thưởng thức ẩm thực, chương trình còn góp phần hình thành tư duy dịch vụ, nuôi dưỡng tinh thần học hỏi và ý thức về chuẩn mực nghề nghiệp. Đây chính là hành trang cần thiết để sinh viên từng bước định hình con đường phát triển lâu dài trong lĩnh vực Du lịch – Nhà hàng – Khách sạn.
Ban Tổ chức Restaurant Odyssey xin gửi lời cảm ơn chân thành đến nhà hàng Leonardo, quý giảng viên và các bạn sinh viên đã đồng hành, góp phần tạo nên một buổi học tập trải nghiệm ý nghĩa và đáng nhớ.
Buổi 2 khép lại, đánh dấu một chặng dừng ý nghĩa trong hành trình Restaurant Odyssey – Mùa VII, nhưng những giá trị về kiến thức, cảm hứng và đam mê nghề nghiệp sẽ tiếp tục được lan tỏa trên hành trình trưởng thành của sinh viên Hoa Sen.

Session 2 of Restaurant Odyssey – Season VII has officially come to a close at Leonardo Pizza, leaving behind a memorable evening filled with a warm atmosphere, refined Italian cuisine, and meaningful experiences for HSU students.
The experience offered students an immersive introduction to the Italian fine dining model, where refinement is reflected in every detail—from spatial design and operational flow to professional service standards. Through direct observation and hands-on exposure, students gained a deeper understanding of how a high-end dining experience is thoughtfully created and consistently maintained in real-world settings.
Beyond the pleasure of fine cuisine, the program played an important role in shaping students’ service mindset, fostering a spirit of learning, and strengthening their awareness of professional standards. These experiences serve as valuable foundations as students gradually define their long-term career paths in the Tourism – Restaurant – Hotel industry.
The Restaurant Odyssey Organizing Committee would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Leonardo Pizza, our respected lecturers, and all participating students for their support and contribution to a meaningful and memorable experiential learning session.
