Last thursday evening, our team led an interactive and engaging workshop at Lazada Tech Hub covering the following key topic:
The ONE thing that every young employee should know to boost their career!

Jonathan, our Vietnam Project Manager engaged our participants composed of LAZADA young talents, young professionals and business executives coming from fashion, technology and event industries in Vietnam.

As part of our practical workshop concept, our team created a safe environment for our participants to practice and be involved into several workplace simulations and team exercices.

A special thank to our guest speaker: Mr Carsten Ley, Head of Customer Experience of LAZADA Vietnam, for the insightful sharing about his professional experience and all meaningful advices to our participants; Mr Frederic Drigny, Senior Manager People Engagement, LAZADA Vietnam team for the great support and all our pro-active participants who made this workshop rewarding!

Last Thursday evening, our team led our weekly workshop: The ONE thing that every young employees should know to boost their careers!

Our participants were composed of students, interns, young professionals and business managers coming from different industries including engineering, accounting, HR and media.

Led by Jonathan, our Vietnam Project Manager, the 3 practical business case studies and role plays helped our participants to: 1) Better understand their managers
2) Act like an employee, Think like a manager
3) Daily habits to perform better at work

A special thank to WORK Saigon for supporting our Entrepreneurial Mindset workshop series and our guest speaker Guy, co-founder of Vietcetera, for the insightful sharing and advices about management and entrepreneurship.

Yesterday evening, our team led our weekly workshop covering the following topic: 10 creative ways to be entrepreneurial in your job search!

As usual, Jonathan, our Vietnam Project Manager inspired, pushed and motivated our participants to:
1) Think outside the box in order to cath the attention of a recruiter and manager
2) To experience a challenging recruitment situation under pressure
3) The secret to be a successful intern and young employee

Yesterday evening, our team led a very engaging workshop covering a demanding topic from Vietnamese university students and recent graduates "Discover your personal and entrepreneurial strengths to get the job you want!"

The objectif of this practical workshop was to help the participants to:
1) Learn and practice a daily exercise allowing them to discover and understand existing strengths from jobs, internships, school projects or even home tasks done so far
2) Act like a Candidate, Think like a Performer
3) Bring home an action plan including a step by step strengths analysis called 'I am a STAR'

Thank you ADC ACADEMY for supporting our Entrepreneurial Mindset series; Mr. Alan VanToai, CEO and co-founder of SimpleCrew and CrewFire for the great sharing session; Mr. Jonathan Dao, our Vietnam Project Manager for carrying out such an insightful and engaging workshop and all our pro-active participants.

'I realised that I don't need to oversell myself, I will be confident in my next job interview because I will be honest and be myself. They will hire me for who I am' Han, an introvert last year students who did great efforts to challenge herself in the workshop

Our team at Emerging Innovation is excited beyond words that our training workshop "10 creative ways to be entrepreneurial in your job search" created so much engagement from our participants.

As part of our services, Emerging Innovation holds workshops and trainings on specific topics for the youths. And we are happy to bring to you the values that you need to kickstart your career.

Last week, we held a series of workshops, one of which featured our guest speaker Warren Eng, co-founder of Hoczita, on "How to present like a master".

In the session, attendees got to learn and discuss about how to structure and deliver a good presentation that best convey one's messages, with tips to be impactful and meaningful for the person receiving the message. Attendees also shared their stories and tips on how to overcome shyness and anxiety.

It's been 3 days after Marketplaces Fair but we are still super happy for all of the love and support for the Fair. 😆

On this occasion, we would like to thank all of the 9 exhibitors, the workshop speakers, Mr. Warren Eng, Mr. Thang Huynh, Mr. Martial Ganière and the team from ADC ACADEMY as well as our venue sponsor HUTECH - Đại học Công nghệ Tp.HCM. Thank you for the support from the board members and teachers of HUTECH and Hồ Hoàng Phúc,who delivered an inspirational speech about having a meaningful career by following your passion.
