Trưởng thành ngay giữa lòng scene nhạc techno ở thành phố Leeds giữa thập niên 90, Dan chuyển đến London chỉ để được đắm chìm trong âm trầm của các buổi partyy Heart & Soul, theo sau là các mối quan hệ thông qua hiệu đĩa Eukotech huyền thoại; chẳng bao lâu, Dan đã xuất hiện ở những tiệc underground ngon lành nhất London. Mới đây hơn; sau lần dời đô sang Brighton và bối cảnh party miễn phí trứ danh

với Positive Soundsystem và Innerfield. Khi đó, Dan đã có một ghế thường kỳ tại Backstage Bar của Glade Festival. Sau nhiều năm ròng tinh luyện âm thanh và tay nghề, ấn phẩm đầu tiên của 1DAN được phát hành qua label deep house underground Atmospheric Existence rất được kính nể tại đất Anh quốc. Theo sau đó là một loạt các ấn phẩm tại label Batti Battie ở Malta. Với sự đỡ đần từ các DJ như Jus-Ed, Huxley, Jay Tripwire, Fred P và nhiều tên tuổi khác. Gần đây nhất, các hợp tác của anh với Jon Griffin Gray của Bittersuite đã ra hoa kết trái với 2 xuất phẩm đồng phát hành dưới cái tên Tales Ov Rossi, và đĩa thứ 3 ra đời đồng thời điểm với sự ra đời của DeepSystems. Kết lại một năm 2014 thành công, Battie Batti một lần nữa mời 1DAN tham gia vào EP xuất sắc mang tên Tribal Roots. After cutting his teeth on the Leeds techno scene back in 1995, Dan moved to London and was enveloped by the deep sounds of the Heart & Soul parties. Now based in Vietnam, 1DAN takes his inspiration from both scenes as well as other sources; Detroit, Paris, UK.
