For our final day, we drove deep into Jamaica’s Blue Mountains to visit James Dennis Coffee House, where one family has been making coffee for over 150 years. ☕️⛰️

From hand-picking the coffee cherries to roasting and grinding the beans, so much of the process is still done by hand, carrying on a tradition passed down through generations.

And after driving nearly 4 hours up the mountain, I finally got to taste it for myself. I’m not even a big coffee drinker… but I get the hype. 😂☕️

For most of my life, my weight has been up and down.

Four months ago, I decided to lock in. I went from 187 lbs to 157 lbs….30 pounds down. 💪🏾

No crazy diet. No shortcuts.

10K+ steps a day.
Working out 5x a week.
Eating smarter.
And staying consistent.

But I can’t take all the credit. My fiancée 3gyptian Fitness has been my cheat code ❤️ She taught me how to better understand food, calories, and training. Having someone beside you who holds you accountable changes everything. Tap in with her if you’re serious about getting right 💪🏾

Still, the biggest transformation hasn’t just been physical. It’s been discipline.

With God at the center, all things are possible. 🙏🏾

In St. Ann, we met Edgar Wallace, better known as the Original Pudding Man. For over 20 years, he’s been keeping an old Jamaican tradition alive, making pudding the old fashioned way with hot coals above and below the pot. 🔥

People travel from all over the world to try his pudding, so of course I had to taste it for myself. 🇯🇲

Right on Hellshire Beach, we stopped at Aunt May’s for some of the freshest seafood in Jamaica. Whole fried snapper, lobster, shrimp, festival and bammy, cooked fresh right by the beach.

Right on the White River in Ocho Rios, Chef Vita built a full riverside kitchen serving authentic vegan Rasta food. No meat, no shortcuts, just real Ital cooking with the river as the backdrop.

Just minutes away from one of Jamaica’s most famous attractions is Konoko Falls, a waterfall experience tucked away in Ocho Rios with a completely different vibe.

Less crowded. Surrounded by nature. And you can actually climb your way up the falls. 🌿
