🥑Recipe⤵️

🥑Stuffing
In a bowl add cubed avocado bread, chopped pear, turkey stock, and gravy. Gently mix and get it in your air fryer for 10 minutes at 375F, ( check on it at 5 minutes if dry add more stock and give it a quick mix )

🥑Spatchcock smoked turkey
Spatchcock your turkey and give it a light cover of mustard next season well with your favorite seasoning and get it on your smoker at 275F, ones the seasoning is stuck to the turkey and the skin is looking dry spray it with an olive oil spray. Repeat this till the color is golden and the internal breast temperature reaches 165F. Let rest and enjoy.

Tandoori chicken crispy and delicious

This is one of my favorites and it’s making me feel like I need to explore the Indian cuisine more, these flavored are so good it makes me want to try everything.

Recipe

Tandoori chicken
In a bowl add 2 to 3 chicken thighs and mix in
1/2 cup of low fat Greek yogurt
1tbsp garam masala
1tbsp of fenugreek leaf
1 big squeeze of lemon about 2tbsp
3 to 4 garlic cloves
Minced ginger 1tbsp
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1tbsp paprika
Mix well and place in your air fryer at 385F for 16 minutes flipping half way through. Cook till an internal temperature of 165F is reached

Cilantro chutney
In a food processor add
1 to 2 cups of cilantro
1/2 cup of peanuts
3 garlic cloves
1 big squeeze of lemon 2tbsp
1/4 cup water
Optional 1 chili pepper
Minced ginger
Blend till smooth and bright green then mix with 1 cup of fat free Greek yogurt

Garnish with fresh chives

Philly cheese steak 490 calories 45g protein

When I look up how much protein I should eat the internet says I should eat my body weight in grams. Thats 210g of protein a day! I’m not a magic man idk how that’s even possible.

This is the only Philly cheese steak that’s you can eat everyday and lose weight. If you love a good cheese steak like me then give this one a try I know you’re going to love it!

Steak
I cut up a NY strip steak and grilled it. The sandwich uses 4oz of steak 230cals 23g protein

Cheese sauce
In a blender add cottage cheese, 4 slices fat free cheddar cheese, fair life fat free milk, nutritional yeast, powdered cheese ( you can use a packet from a box of Mac and cheese ) blend till smooth and a nacho cheese consistency is achieved. Next heat the cheese till thinned a bit and use immediately. This cheese is great if it gets cold and less of a cheese consistency just reheat.
6 servings 108cals 14g protein each use one

Optional
Kimchi and mayo spread

Ingredients
- 2 Oranges
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Cup Zero Calorie 1 to 1 ratio sugar ( I use Swerve Granular )
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 Tbsp CornStarch
- 1 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Orange Zest

Directions
- Chop all fresh Ingredients Oranges, Garlic, Ginger
- Place a Pan on Low to Medium heat
- Squeeze 1 - 2 Fresh Oranges into the Pan
- Add your sugar replacement and mix it into the orange juice
- Now add your soy sauce, water, garlic and ginger
- Mix well and let reduce about 1/8 liquid
- stirring frequently to avoid edges burning
- add Cornstarch and mix in well, break up any clumps
- ( Optional add 1 Tbsp of crushed Red Pepper )
- Reduce Heat to low and Stir till sauce Thickens
- Remove from Heat and Sauce will thicken more
- ( Optional Strain Sauce )
- Add 1 Tbsp of Orange Zest and mix in
- Enjoy

Add this sauce to chicken over rice or on a chicken to make a
sandwich. It's one of my favorites.

I think I made something pretty cool this time lemon teriyaki chicken is good, and you need to try this one and share it with everyone you know, clime up to the roof tops and shout to your neighbors that they haven’t lived till they had teriyaki sauce with lemon 🍋 am I the first person to ever do this?

Recipe

Air fried chicken
Dredge your chicken thigh is flour, egg then corn flakes. Put them in your air fryer spray with oil and cook at 385F for 16min flip half way through. Cook till an internal of 165F is reached

Lemon teriyaki sauce
In a pan add
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp replacement brown sugar zero calorie
1/2 cup of soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp ginger minced
1/2 cup water
Mix well on medium heat and let reduce till thickened

Cucumber salad
Slice cucumber and daikon add 1 cup of low calorie Greek yogurt, 2 to 3 tbsp of honey, salt to taste. Optional I add some fresh jalapeño for some spice. Shake well and enjoy

Steak In The Air Fryer is Just As Good As The Grill
And I Know that sounds crazy but you got to try it. It’s so good and with the winter season here the air fryer is a great option over going out into the freezing cold, In other news I ran 3 miles today and I’m pretty happy about it, I might be overly excited but I think I can do a 10k in a few months. I want to share this goal with all of you!

Recipe

Steak air fryer
I use skirt steak in this recipe mostly because it’s my favorite but also because it cooks fast and I’m usually in a rush to get dinner out. Season your skirt steak then cut it so I will fit in your air fryer I season it with salt and pepper. Next pre heat your air fryer and place the steak in side. Broil at the highest temp for 5 minutes and the remove and let rest for at least 10 minutes. Turn the steak so your cutting against the grain and slice about 1/2 inch thick pieces enjoy
