As we prepare for the National Arts Festival in Tanna and the Vanuatu Independence Celebrations, we remind all photographers, videographers, and media personnel that:

Any photos or videos of performers taken for commercial purposes including live streaming must only be done with the prior consent of the performer or their representative.

This is to ensure respect for the rights and cultural expressions of our artists and traditional performers.

Let us all celebrate responsibly and uphold the dignity of our cultural heritage.

For more information, please contact the festival organizers or the Vanuatu Intellectual Property Office (VanIPO).
