Fast feet. Fast hands. πŸ₯Š

Finding the rhythm on the rope, then taking that energy into his movement.

We don't need to show everything.
Just enough to let you watch the journey. πŸ‘€

This is what Saturday morning looks like here.
5:30am.
Pitch black.
Nobody said a word.
They just started.

Three hours later β€”
when their bodies had nothing left β€”
we gave them a 10 minute finisher.
Mountain climbs.
Burpees.
Squat jumps.
Non stop.

They were exhausted.
I could see it in their faces.
I kept screaming anyway.
Not because I'm cruel.

But because I know something they're still learning β€”
The body gives up long before it has to.
The mind decides when it's actually over.
That 10 minutes wasn't about fitness.
It was about finding out
what they're made of
when everything says stop.
Every single one of them kept going.

That's all I needed to see. πŸŒ…πŸ‡ΌπŸ‡ΈπŸ₯ŠπŸŒΊ

From a small island in the South Pacific β€”
four kids started their Monday
before the sun came up.
7km for the older ones.
4km for the younger ones.
Sprints. Pull ups. All of it.
It was dark when they started.
The sun rose while they were still running.
That's not a metaphor.
That's just Monday morning here.
The week doesn't wait.
Neither do they. πŸŒ…πŸ‡ΌπŸ‡ΈπŸ₯ŠπŸŒΊ

Happy Sabbath.
Six days of early mornings.
Hard sessions.
Sweat and sacrifice.

Today we stop.
We worship.
We give thanks.
God first.
Always first.
Every week.
Without compromise.

Rest well.
Recharge your body.
Recharge your soul.
We'll see you Monday.
Ready to go again. πŸ™πŸŒΊπŸ‡ΌπŸ‡Έ

Every Saturday, the alarm goes off at 4:30am β€” long before the sun comes up.

While most are still asleep, these kids are already moving, training, learning, making mistakes, getting corrected, and going again.

Then slowly, the darkness disappears.

Three hours later, the sun is pouring through the gym windows and we’re finally finishing with a stretch.

4:30am Up.
9:30am finish.
Every Saturday.

No special occasion. No cameras needed. Just another morning in their journey.

By the time the sun is fully up, they’ve already put in three hours of work. β˜€οΈπŸ₯Š

This is the part people don’t always see.

5:30AM. They showed up. They just didn't know what I had planned. πŸ‘€πŸ˜‚
That's one of my favourite things about these early sessions β€” four kids, four personalities, and you never quite know how the morning is going to unfold.

Pariz & Samson after beach training… πŸ˜‚πŸŒŠ
Put these two together and something always happens.
Same family. Same training. Completely different personalities.
And I'm starting to think that's exactly what makes them entertaining to watch. πŸ˜‚
Which one do you think caused the trouble this time? πŸ‘€

There's a reason I keep putting Alonzo under the slip rope.
It's not about making the drill look good for the camera.
Slip. Move. Answer back. Reset.
We're repeating it until he doesn't have to think about it anymore.
What do you think we're working on next? πŸ‘€
