Our masters crew took to the open water on Monday, Tuesday presented a challenge with our juniors and open crews paddling upwind for some natural resistance training 🌀🚣‍♂️🌊

Wednesday is looking mighty fine for a social paddle with what seems like overcast skies and calm conditions...to be tested at 5:30pm 😆💪

Pualele had the pleasure of having Mr Jeff- Ah Kuoi better known as Jeff Guy join us at training yesterday.

One of Samoa's very own sons of the ocean now a sought -after and known figure in Aotearoa's paddling community and a true Pineula master...

Thank you Jeff, for sharing your vaa skills and wisdom with the Pualele whanau. Your guidance and presence were deeply appreciated by all at training!!!
