This is what is on my mind. The trends and behaviors being condoned globally nowadays is as a result of one generation of parents who don't believe in God and righteous living, so any principles previously held as holy were ignored by that one generation so they raised their children unrighteously and now we are reaping what we have sown. That's what's on my mind, because I am one of those guilty parents, but all is not yet lost. There's still time to pray and repent and turn back to God.

As I listened to a series of videos on MedSense , one particuar video caught my attention. The doctor was explaining the need for especially older folks to make sure they are eating Beets, Pumpkin seeds, Sardines, Tart Cherries, and a couple of other foods, it struck me in radiant light that we are overlooking a very important job that each one of us is supposed to be responsible for doing. That job is to grow these foods which I listed above.
In our ultra modern world, we have surrendered that job to an entity we know as 'Big Farmer' and other such names, but when all is considered, BIG Farmer in America, and the other similar entities which dedicate their time to growing foods, do the farming for economic reasons, not primarily because they care about the health of the masses, and added to that, they do not produce enough with their best effort, to supply all peoples everywhere, so what should we be doing? We should be growing these essential foods that we need, especially when we are shown by MedSense the integral roles they play in maintaining our bodies.
Remember that there are many people who are not able to pay for these foods to be shipped to them from Big Farmers' outlets in America, and where local Stores import these foods, after they add their mark-up to the cost, they go even further out of the affordable zone for so many individuals.
So my call at this time is for us to start getting the seeds for these plants and begin the process of growing them for ourselves. The Sardines can be bought more easily in the stores if all the other essentials are being grown by us...
