Mr. Romeo T.Navoa Jr., the school principal, encourages the aspiring student leaders to become a role model of their fellow quirinian students during the โ€œInduction and Oath-taking Ceremony โ€, July 15.

"Being an officer is not just a privilege but a responsibility," Mr. Navoa added.

19 school-based clubs were accredited during the said activity with the theme, โ€œEmpowered Youth, Committed Leaders; Strengthening the Spirit of Service.โ€

Meanwhile, Ms. Pamela Holgado , the outgoing SSLG President, reiterated to young leaders that having a heart for service is a must for those who aspire to become a leader.

The newly elected SSLG President, Mr. Diether Huerta said that "kahit anong pinagdadaanan mo dapat meron tayong paninindigan"

The said ceremony was organized by SSLG officers led by their club adviser, Mrs. Felly Cabrera.

This simulation aims to prepare students, teachers, and other school personnel if an earthquake occurs during school hours by performing the Duck or Drop, Cover, and Hold.

Mr. Joselito Ronquillo, the School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management focal person, gave an assessment of the simulation and some reminders to the students.

Mr. Nestor Reyes, the Curriculum chairman for grade 10, reminded the students about the importance of this activity and why they must be serious about it.
