Its creators are Martha Jewett and Evan Marshall, published author-agents with track records in book publishing first at major New York publishing houses and then as independent agents, ghostwriters and authors. Their lifelong careers include dozens of bestsellers, hundreds of financially successful titles and thousands of happy authors and clients. The Marshall Plan® grew out of Evan’s frustration at not being able to complete a novel and then his solution to that problem, Evan went on to author ten traditionally-published novels in the Hidden Manhattan series and Jane Stuart series, called “Miss Marple lite” by Kirkus Reviews.
