That's us whanau.
We had such a amazing weekend and we are so lucky to be apart of this campaign. We got to spend time with our whanau/family and sharing our stories helping to inspire others to explore our beautiful back yard. Thank you Nelson Tasman for the opportunity and Bare Kiwi & Lisa for joining in on our family antics and taking so many amazing photos we will cherish forever

What a weekend.
Went to robin hood in the sounds for a dive. We spent the day acting like we where stuck on a beach and had to survive the night...
👏We made a very stable and insulated hut
👏We found water and boiled it
👏We collected fire wood and pine cones
👏We caught a eel at the creek with a flax rope kora made
👏We cooked dinner on our fire
Then
👏We made a sign
And to tip it off
🙌We had a rave/dance party around our fire haha

This is why we moved home to New Zealand and that was to live off the land and spend time with the kids grandparents…
So this video is Sonnyjoes first hunting trip with grandad. They where on a mission to hunt down a deer in the roar but it’s fine they got a goat and of course sonnyjoe had to make his famous goat curry with his papa
