A new experience is coming to Conner Prairie tomorrow!

We got a first look at FOOD: Science, Culture, and Cuisine, a brand-new interactive exhibit that explores how food connects science, culture, agriculture, and everyday life. From hands-on activities to sensory experiences and even tasting opportunities, this is one of the most unique exhibits we’ve seen at Conner Prairie.

And here’s something special: it’s the first national traveling exhibition ever hosted by Conner Prairie.

New morning spot unlocked ☕️

We stopped by Plat 99 inside The Alexander Hotel to try their new coffee program and breakfast menu—and it did not disappoint.

From the Vandal’s Graffiti coffee and house-made Pop Tarts to the Avocado Smash Tartine and Sweet Corn Sous Vide Egg, everything felt thoughtfully crafted and full of flavor.
