Help “Runner” win this year's Sorok Short Film Festival 2021 VIEWERS’ CHOICE AWARD!
Mechanics:
1. All SSFF official entries will be featured on SSFF’s Official page https://www.facebook.com/sorokshortfilmfest/ . Film makers will be given 4 days (from December 10-14) to get as many REACTS and SHARES as they can. Only reacts and shares from people who like and follow SSFF’s Official Fb Page will be considered. The final tally as of December 14, 11:59pm will comprise 50% of the participant’s total score.
2. All SSFF Official entries will be uploaded on the SSFF’s Official Youtube Channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4bnS26TNR855A_LYADXHSw . Film makers will be given 4 days (from December 10-14) to get as many WATCH/VIEWS as they can. Their final tally of WATCH/VIEWS on the website by December 14, 11:59pm will comprise 50% of the participant’s score.
**50%- Number of Facebook reacts and shares (must also like SSFF’s Official FB Page)
**50%- Number of watch/views of each film on SSFF’s Official Youtube Channel

The winner will be announced during the Sorok Short Film Festival Awarding Ceremony on December 18, 2021.

Synopsis:
Ayessa hopes that social workers can help her with their bills at the hospital where her father is confined because he was infected with Covid-19. But unfortunately, not given the financial help she needed. Due to the need to buy the prescription, she begged for help from passersby. But she did not collect enough. Stricken with poverty, she left her younger siblings in their home to help her mother, who was watching over their seriously ill father, find the money. Her only solution is to steal from somebody.
