I bought Land with this Real estate company three years ago and they failed to allocate my Land to me when i had m0ney to build, until this year that i am broke already.

Now, after allocation.
I took bricklayers there yesterday to mount foundation for me.

Their staff showed up and ask me to show evidence of payment for development fee.

I am like, is this not the same thing as foundation money omonile use to collect.

I said okay, no wahala
I paid 50k.

They want to start work and they still stop them again.

To make matter worst, they brought out a building design i don't have the financial capability for as their approved building design

My plan was to build a room and parlour self contain first.
They brought one storey building design as the only approved structure that will be in the estate

Which kind wahala i put myself into Atanda.

Pls, i need a way out cos i don't understand all this oooo

I can't afford to afford to say i want to sell it cos i don't know when i will find a buyer and i would have spent the little m0ney i have now on other things

What legal option is available for me to build what i want

There is an unconfirmed report that BlessingCEO lost her second son.
It's more painful to know that such thing happened while she is still in Prison.

Her Bail condition is a tough one and her legal team and sureties are yet to meet up with her bail condition

Let us review her bail conditions

1. Bail sum of 20M
2. Each surety must provide a three year bank statement or proof of fixed deposits valued at a minimum of ₦20 million

3. The defendant and her sureties must undergo official screening and verification through the Lagos State Judiciary’s Bail Information Management System (BIMS).
4. Formal notification to the Nigerian Immigration Service to enforce restrictions on her international passport and travel movements pending the outcome of the trial.

The Bail condition is not even the problem.
The main problem is that, NO one will want to trust someone of her character and submit themselves to legal wahala

Just after two years of marriage, my mother in law was hit with a stroke and my husband brought his mum to our house for good care.

Today makes it seven months the mum has stayed with us.
I am practically the only one taking care of the mum.

Atanda, i am tired.
I am yet to even enjoy my marriage before this whole set in.

My husband has brothers and sister and i told him already to take mama to their own places too so we can rest.
He is not the only ch1Ld.

You know what it takes to care for someone with stroke for seven months.
Once my husband goes to work, i will he the one to carry her, bath her, tie and loose pampers and so on.

My parents and friends are complaining that i am looking lean and sick already

Atanda, i am tired and my husband is not ready to transfer his mum to his siblings place.

I sincerely need the law to help me out on this cos we are married under the Act.

This is not what i bargained for in marriage.
His plan to set up a business for me crashed the moment his mum got hit with stroke, he doesn't say anything about it again cos he wants me to stay home and look after his mum.

I am tired and i don't know how long this thing will take

Mama is not getting well and Mama is passing away too.

How can the law help me regain sanity in my home cos i can't even discuss this with his Family so they won't see me as a bad wife.

As i don't have money to build on my Land for two years now.
Luckily for me, network providers found my site worthy to mount their mast and they want to lease the for five years.

I met them and we agreed on the amount and signed the deal for five years.

I gave them access to the place last week and some of their team members came to lay foundation that same day.

Out of joy, i informed my neighbour who built his house next to my Land, he stays there with his Family already.

He was happy for me, but surprisingly.
I got a letter yesterday from his Lawyer yesterday, stating safety concerns about building a mast close to his building where he stays with his Family.

They are asking me to tell the network provider to stop work

I am confused Atanda and don't know what to do in this situation.

I don't even know if this is jealousy or what.
