Justice For Sativa still has a chance!!!! The trial for TAYLOR ALLEN - her murderer - has yet to occur. Look at my research below!!!! We cannot predict the outcome - but it could go bad - based on historical events.

We send our daughters to Mexico - they return in body bags and their murderers go free!!! This just isnt a single case now - this is shows a pattern. A pattern - we need to break!!!
Sativa Transue (November 2021, Cancun)
Location of Death: Punta Sam Hotel, Cancun, Mexico.
Details: Sativa, a 26-year-old woman from Washington State, was on vacation with her boyfriend, Taylor Allen. She had reportedly been in an argument with him the night before her death. Friends said she had texted them about needing stitches after an altercation. The next morning, hotel staff found her beaten to death in her room.
Outcome: Allen was arrested and charged with femicide. The family requested a second autopsy to ensure justice.
Kiara Agnew (March 2023, Playa del Carmen)
Location of Death: Grand Sunset Princess Resort, Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
Details: Kiara, a 23-year-old Canadian woman, was on vacation with her boyfriend to celebrate her birthday. She was found dead in a resort laundry room with possible signs of violence. Mexican authorities initially arrested her boyfriend on suspicion of femicide.
Outcome: Despite initial suspicions, the boyfriend was acquitted in September 2024. The family expressed frustration over the verdict, stating they felt justice had not been served.
Shanquella Robinson (October 2022, Cabo San Lucas)
Location of Death: Puerto Los Cabos resort, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Details: Shanquella, a 25-year-old businesswoman from North Carolina, was on vacation with a group of friends. Initially, her death was reported as alcohol poisoning, but later, a video surfaced showing her being assaulted in a rental villa. An autopsy revealed she had suffered atlas and medullary dislocation, indicating a violent attack.
Outcome: Despite public outcry and legal efforts, no arrests were made. Her family continues to push for justice, even filing a lawsuit against the individuals involved and U.S. authorities for investigative failures.
