From the holy land of Sinai, we bring you a premium product. A superior category of organic extra-virgin olive oil, obtained from hand-picked olives, and cold extracted by mechanical means.
Our Organic extra-virgin olive oil is produced by organic olives that grow naturally in the mountains under the sunny sky of St. Catherine, SINAI.
Our Olives:
- Mountains grown in the holy land of Mount Sinai.
- Spring water irrigation from mountains bedrock.
- Organic; pesticide & herbicide-free.
- They grow naturally in the mountains under the sunny sky of St. Catherine
- We follow Permaculture principles; only goats manure and organic compost along with natural minerals is added
- Only hand-picked olives
Our Oil
- Mechanically milled, cold extracted few hours after harvest at less than 27°
- From the first extraction and highest olive quality
- Acid content up to 0.3%.
- Packed in dark green glass bottles
- Is allowed at least 4 weeks after extraction to settle down its sediments before being packed in bottles.
- Is really bitter in taste, packed with antioxidants.
- Has a pleasant fruity flavour.
- Oil is from greenish, early harvested olives that have just started to have violet spots.
