When you harvest a deer, there’s are certain cuts or delicacies that you just don’t share, that are basically a celebration of your harvest. We’ve heard people get excited about all kinds of cuts: heart, liver, inner loins, testicles, etc. This is one of Mark’s favorites. Heart strips pan fried in butter with eggs for breakfast the day after the harvest. What’s your harvest celebration cut and how do you cook it?

These are so cool! Would you believe these thinga weigh as little as 6 lbs!?!? We’re out here at Rendezvous in Minnesota, and and I have been listening to some gobblers across a deep creek on some public land for the last three days. Somehow I convinced to let me take one for tomorrow morning! Hopefully we can get Adam tagged out. Stay tuned!
