Chow Chow- while going through some things of my mom’s, I found a little journal/book that only had one thing written in it- this recipe. It didn’t have a title, but I could tell from the ingredients what it was. I’m sure she just jotted it down with intentions of making it one day. She never did, so I decided to make it for her.
