As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth and strengthen our market presence throughout Iraq.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will play a key leadership role in driving sales growth, developing market opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, business development experience, strategic thinking skills, and a deep understanding of the construction and building materials industry.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
MBA or advanced business qualifications will be considered an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
Previous experience within construction materials, construction chemicals, building materials, industrial products, or related sectors is highly preferred.
Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and market development activities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.

Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Additional Requirements
Valid driving license.
Own vehicle is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Iraq.
Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious business targets.
