Today we had the honor of capturing the kickoff of the National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC) 2025 MBA Fellowship Program.

This 10-month, paid, virtual fellowship equips second-year MBA students with hands-on experience in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and real estate—while advancing NAIC’s mission to increase capital flow to underrepresented investment managers.

We’ve been grateful to partner with NAIC for the past three years, and we’re excited to continue documenting the impact as minority communities gain the tools and opportunities to build lasting wealth.
