What if, tonight of all nights, we choose gentleness over ambition?
Before rushing to make resolutions, try creating a “To Done” list instead. Celebrate what you’ve already accomplished in 2025:
• That ceramics class you finally took
• Maintaining connections despite busy schedules
• Showing up for yourself in difficult moments
• Setting boundaries that honor your wellbeing
• Completing projects that required persistence
When our women’s circle did this exercise, we were amazed at what we’d forgotten—new jobs, pets, declarations of love, and countless small victories. If you’re struggling to remember, call a friend. They see your growth even when you don’t.
Remember: The trees don’t apologize for winter stillness. Rest is essential for growth.
You’ve done enough. You are enough. 💫
