We are looking for an experienced business coach or advisor who works with established founder-led businesses.
A few things we’re specifically looking for:
* Experience working with businesses that have multiple owners/co-founders
* Strong understanding of women-led small businesses
* Willingness to share references, client success metrics, and tangible outcomes
* Clear frameworks, systems, and operating structures—not just mindset coaching
* Experience helping founders at later stages of business growth
A few important notes:
* We already work well together as co-founders.
* We’re not looking for relationship coaching or conflict resolution.
* We’re looking for business-specific guidance on growth, operations, prioritization, and ex*****on.
We’d love someone who can help us:
* Audit what we’re currently doing and identify what’s working vs. what isn’t
* Determine whether resources are being allocated effectively
* Improve division of responsibilities and decision-making ownership
* Create stronger accountability structures
* Identify where we’re overthinking, underthinking, or creating unnecessary complexity
* Evaluate what tools, systems, and processes we’re missing (or overusing)
* Develop a clear roadmap for our next stage of growth
