no but seriously what a day at the treehouse with . Felt unbelievably lucky & never ever ever take days like this for granted

wearing & the girls said it looked like the colour of the cream after the strawberries had marinated in it

there was a sweet shop with a ‘sour shelf’ - we had the second most sour & it honestly blew our entire faces off [fourth swipe] & thank the holy mother of for saving my sweaty face after it alll melted off

TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE MY NOT SO TINY SIS GETS LEGALLLY WED 💒 & every time I imagine her walking down the aisle I cry my eyeballs out

her UK hen was absolutely *iconic* - deputy head girl/my bonus sis organised the most unbelievable evening for us all. We got picked up from Waterloo station in a vintage London bus, drove through the city to portobello road where we feasted at Gold Notting Hill & played the toilet roll wedding dress game which should use as their next campaign!

no words in any language will ever be able to describe just how ecstatic I am for & , we adore you both a ridiculous amount

whisked the whole king carter scales family away on Saturday to celebrate mummas birthday & my birthday[& we’ve obviously said it’s for Rae’s too which is 5th July!] It’s been a special few days & we fly home tomorrow afternoon. Isn’t she just the best sister/daughter/fiancé everrrr 🤍

wrote mat a poem about leather & he read it like ‘cute’ then only this morning I said ‘what do people buy each other for leather, to celebrate 3 years?! He was like ‘oh thatssss why your whole card was about leather & facing the stormy weather!

my default when picking between a keeeeni or swimsuit is always a swimsuit. No matter how body confident I am, I just gravitate towards wearing a swimsuit.
I have to have a lil chat with myself & ask why?!
Is it comfort? Is it habit? Or is it hiding? Most of the time it’s that old bully trying to turn its volume up in my head & I gatta TURN THAT VOICE DOWNNN. We’ve come wayyyy to far to listen to that sh*t, we made whole entire human ffs

so next time you’re faced with the choice, try both on. Look in the mirror & choose based on how you *feel* not what you *fear*

& please don’t forget, most importantly, the people who love you *do not care* what your body looks like in swimwear
& the people who do care? Well they’ve not been invited on the trip anyway [they missed the upside twerk]

ps I got home yesterday & sat right next to mat doing a ‘show & tell’ of my very packed camera rolll from the most extraordinary trip with my G 👰🏼‍♀️🤍
