Donasco delivered his closing remarks and gave recognition to Engineer Vevincio Flores, whom Donasco called the one who started and envisioned the school. Flores said the school was founded years ago for students who live in far-flung or remote places where education is at risk because some students often decide not to continue further education due to the distance of the school. They were ecstatic about the success, and neither he nor his wife regretted a thing.
Al G. Tayoba, a faculty member of the School and the Master of Ceremonies, ended the event with a quote from Mark Twain: "Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things you did not do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
